1. Respecting rights
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement. Do not broadcast or post material you do not have the right to use.
2. Notices from the United States (DMCA)
To send a takedown notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, email support@toga.tv with: the work you say is infringed; where the material appears; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. [Designated DMCA agent and registration — to be confirmed.]
3. Counter-notices
If we remove your material and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We will pass it on to the sender of the notice as the law requires.
4. Notices from Canada (notice-and-notice)
Under Canada's notice-and-notice regime we forward notices of claimed infringement to the account concerned and keep the records the law requires. Send the notice to support@toga.tv.
5. Other jurisdictions
Send notices from anywhere else to the same address. We assess them under the law that applies, including the EU Digital Services Act and UK law.
6. Repeat infringers
We suspend accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright. [Repeat infringer policy details — to be confirmed.]
