Community guidelines

Draft — pending review by counsel. Not yet in force.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

1. Why these exist

toga.tv is one channel with one streamer on air at a time. What happens on it is seen by everyone watching, so we keep it safe and lawful.

2. What is not allowed

3. Reporting

Any signed-in user can report content. Choose the reason that fits best. Reports are prioritised by reason, with child safety first, and are resolved by moderators.

4. What moderators can do

Moderators can end a broadcast and suspend accounts. [Appeals process — to be confirmed.]

5. Transparency

We record how long each report takes to resolve and publish the median and the 90th percentile. [Where the figures are published — to be confirmed.]

6. Legal framework

These guidelines support our duties under the UK Online Safety Act and the EU Digital Services Act, including reporting routes and removing illegal content. [Statement of reasons and illegal content risk assessment — to be confirmed by counsel.]
