1. Who we are

toga.tv is operated by Describe IT AB, Sweden [organisation number — to be confirmed], [registered address — to be confirmed] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@toga.tv. See the imprint.

2. What toga.tv is

toga.tv is a single linear live channel. Only one streamer is on air at a time. Interactive skill contests, such as trivia, run inside broadcasts and viewers can play along.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over to take part. You must give accurate information, including your date of birth and your country and subdivision of residence. You sign in with a password or a one-time sign-in code sent by email. Keep your credentials safe, because we treat whoever holds them as you.

4. Eligibility and where we operate

Our launch market is the United Kingdom. Rules for each jurisdiction are held as data. If we have no rules for the place where you live, we refuse your participation. Void where prohibited.

5. Slot auctions for streamers

Streamers win time slots in a sealed-bid, second-price auction. The winner pays the second-highest bid, and never less than the reserve price. A slot fee is charged to the winner. Bids are binding once placed [cancellation and withdrawal terms — to be confirmed].

6. Payments and payouts

Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. Payees receive funds through a Stripe Connect Express account. Winners and payees must pass identity verification through Stripe Identity before we pay out. Stripe's own terms apply to its services. [Fees, taxes and refund terms — to be confirmed]

7. Contests

Contests are governed by the contest rules. They are free to enter and decided by skill alone.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the community guidelines. Moderators can end a broadcast and suspend accounts that break them.

9. Content and copyright

You keep the rights in what you broadcast or post. You give us the licence we need to show it on the channel and to operate the service [licence scope — to be confirmed]. Copyright complaints are handled as described on the copyright page.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

11. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. You can stop using toga.tv at any time and ask us to delete your account, subject to the records we must keep.

12. Liability

13. Governing law and disputes
